Collaborative Learning with Personalized Precision
At Eardley Education, we understand that learning doesn’t have to happen in isolation. While some students thrive in a one-on-one setting, others benefit immensely from the dynamic, interactive environment of a small peer group.
Our Small Group Instruction combines the diagnostic precision and empathetic connection of our signature Adaptive Multisensory Instruction (AMI)™ methodology with the social benefits of collaborative learning. We don't just group students by age or grade; we carefully match them based on their underlying learning profiles.
Whether your child is building reading fluency, tackling math concepts, or developing executive function skills, our expert Learning Coaches are here to guide their group toward independent success—at an even more accessible price point.
Targeted Peer Grouping
Using our diagnostic approach, we group 2 to 4 students who share similar learning profiles and goals. This means a student struggling to "picture" words will be grouped with peers who also need to build symbol imagery, ensuring that the instruction remains highly relevant.
Peer Collaboration and
Social Learning
When students work together through our Adaptive Multisensory Instruction (AMI)™, they realize they aren't alone. They celebrate each other's breakthroughs, learn from one another's questions, and build crucial communication skills. Whether they are using the Visualizing and Verbalizing® program to discuss a story's "mental movie" or working through The Writing Revolution together, students gain confidence by interacting with peers who share similar learning journeys.
Enhanced Engagement
and Motivation
Our Learning Coaches design small group sessions to be highly interactive, incorporating games, group problem-solving, and shared activities. When tackling abstract math concepts using the Concrete-Representational-Abstract (CRA) sequence or building sensory-cognitive foundations, the presence of peers adds an element of fun and healthy motivation. This collaborative energy helps replace anxiety and dread with enthusiasm and a shared drive to succeed.
Accessible, Expert Instruction
Small Group Instruction offers a fantastic middle ground. Your child receives the same exceptional guidance from our expert Learning Coaches and the same proven methodologies—including our Executive Function Coaching systems—but at a reduced rate compared to our one-on-one services. It is an investment in your child's education that delivers immense value, building the academic and organizational systems necessary for long-term independence.
Let’s start the journey together!

Our experience with Eardley Education has been truly life-changing for our son and our family.
The team is deeply knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s success. They not only understand dyslexia, but they know how to teach in a way that builds confidence, resilience, and long-term skills.
We are incredibly grateful for the consistency, care, and belief they showed in our son over the years—it made all the difference.
